By accessing auraworkwear.com, submitting an enquiry, or engaging Aura Workwear for uniform manufacturing services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy (incorporated herein by reference).

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients of the website. If you are accessing the website on behalf of a business or organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

The content on this website is provided for general informational purposes regarding our uniform manufacturing capabilities and services. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, we do not warrant that the information is complete, current, or free from errors.

Product images, fabric colours, and specifications shown on the website are for illustrative purposes only. Actual product specifications, pricing, and availability are confirmed only upon written quotation and order confirmation.

Engagement of Aura Workwear for uniform manufacturing services is governed by separate terms confirmed at the time of order:

• Quotation validity — quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified
• Order confirmation — an order is confirmed only upon written acceptance of the sample and agreed production terms
• Minimum order quantities — minimum quantities apply per style and are confirmed in the quotation
• Design approvals — the client bears responsibility for approving the final sample before bulk production commences

Aura Workwear reserves the right to decline any order at its sole discretion.

All prices quoted are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) and delivery charges unless expressly stated otherwise. Payment terms are agreed at the time of order confirmation and must be met to maintain production scheduling.

Aura Workwear reserves the right to revise prices at any time prior to order confirmation. Once an order is confirmed in writing, the agreed price is fixed for that order.

Quoted production and delivery timelines are estimates provided in good faith based on current order volumes. Delivery dates are not guaranteed unless explicitly agreed in writing. Aura Workwear shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including force majeure events, transportation disruptions, or supply chain delays.

We will communicate any material delays promptly and work with clients to find a suitable resolution.

All uniforms manufactured by Aura Workwear are subject to multi-point quality inspection before dispatch. Our guarantee is that delivered goods will match the approved sample in terms of fabric, construction, dimensions, colour, and branding.

Quality concerns must be raised in writing within 7 working days of receipt of goods. Where a valid quality claim is established, our liability is limited to replacement of the affected items or, at our discretion, a credit against future orders. We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect sizing where sizing was the client's responsibility.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• Aura Workwear's total aggregate liability in connection with any claim arising from use of this website shall not exceed INR 5,000
• Liability arising from a specific uniform order shall not exceed the value of that order
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of business, or loss of data

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Shyam Apparels, its directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your breach of these Terms of Use
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Any design, logo, or content you provide to us for use in uniform manufacturing that infringes a third party's intellectual property rights

These Terms of Use and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

The courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms. You irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any written order confirmation, constitute the entire agreement between you and Aura Workwear with respect to the subject matter hereof.

Updates: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
